What's a self custody crypto wallet and how to create one

In Arch, to login you need a self-custody wallet. A self-custody wallet is a place where you can access your crypto, tokens, and other digital assets. With a self-custody wallet, also known as a non-custodial wallet, you are the only one with access to your keys, and, therefore, the only one that can access your funds and assets. There are different wallets you can choose from. Each one with its own set of characteristics. At Arch, we accept MetaMask, Ripio Portal, Wallet Connect, Coinbase Wallet, and Magic Wallet.

If you already have a wallet, you can go to the login section and select yours to log in.

If you don't have a wallet, don't worry, yo can log in with your email or google account and we will create a wallet for you. It's really important, that in this cases your email will be your keys to yours assets, so you can't loss them.

🔮 Create an account/wallet with your email.

To create an account with you email, first you have to click on "Use email". The first time you use an email that is not registered, we will create an account for you.

For the email section, you must submit your email.

You'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox to continue.

That's it, now you've created your first self-custody wallet, and are ready to purchase.

👓 Create an account/wallet with your Google account.

To create an account with your google account, first click on "Continue with Google". Then, you must select your Google email which you would like to associate with your wallet. If this is the first time this mail was used, we will create a wallet associated with that google account.
