How do we charge?

At Arch, we utilize a fee structure based on assets under management (AUM). This means that the fees we charge are determined by the total value of the investment portfolio or assets we manage for our clients. By aligning our fees with the client's assets, we have a vested interest in maximizing the performance and growth of their investments. Our compensation is directly tied to the value of the assets we oversee, incentivizing us to diligently manage and protect our clients' wealth πŸ€“.

What are the timeframes for the charges?

The charge is calculated in block times, this is the time that the network takes to include new transactions and process everything that happened in the last block. This period of time is between 2 and 14 seconds varying on the network. Basically, every T seconds, we are charging you a small percentage of the assets we manage.

Every 2 seconds?😨

Don't worry, every T seconds we charge you the proportional percentage of the annual fee for that time frame. Imagine the annual fee was 2% and the blocks took 10 seconds each, we would charge you 2% divided in 3.153.600 (number of seconds in a year divided by 10), every 10 seconds approximately. That number looks better right?
