For iPhone 🍏:

Adding a website to your Safari homepage is a convenient way to access your favorite sites quickly. This tutorial will guide you through the simple process on your iPhone or iPad.

Step 1: Open Safari

  1. Unlock your device and find the Safari app icon on your home screen.

  2. Tap the Safari icon to open the web browser.

Step 2: Visit the Website

  1. In the Safari address bar at the top of the screen, type in the URL (web address) of the website you want to add to your homepage.

  2. Press "Go" on the keyboard to visit the website.

Step 3: Add to Homepage

  1. Once the website has loaded, tap the "Share" icon at the bottom of the screen. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing upward.

  2. A menu will appear at the bottom. Swipe the menu to the left until you see the "Add to Home Screen" option.

  3. Tap "Add to Home Screen."

Step 4: Customize and Add

  1. You will now see a preview of the website's icon and name. You can edit the name if you wish.

  2. When you're satisfied with the icon and name, tap "Add" in the top right corner.

Step 5: Confirm on Home Screen

  1. Return to your home screen by pressing the home button or swiping up, depending on your device.

  2. You will now see a new icon for the website you added, just like any other app icon.

  3. Tap the new icon to quickly open the website in Safari.

For Android 🤖:

Step 1: Open Google Chrome

  1. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to customize the icon's name (if desired).

  2. Review the icon name and make changes if needed.

  3. Tap the "Add" or "Add Automatically" button (the wording may vary depending on your Android version).

  1. Return to your home screen by pressing the home button or using the navigation gestures.

  2. You will now see a new icon representing the website you added, similar to app icons.
